Coordination

This is the ultimate way to go! It creates space for the bride to create the day she has always wanted, but takes the stress and implementation off her shoulders (and her loved one’s shoulders) when it comes to the month before, and day of the wedding.
This Package Includes (but isn’t limited to):
3-4 meetings starting 2 months out and a venue walk through- Original consultation, month-out meeting, and week-out). Unlimited phone calls and emails.
Access to my preferred vendor and venue recommendations.
Create timelines, floorpans, and disperse all other organization paperwork from the relevant vendors.
Organize and facilitate the rehearsal.
Unlimited hours day of the wedding.
Set up all décor not provided by another vendor (signage, favors, etc).
Coordinate the ceremony.
Facilitate the reception.
Resolve all issues that arise.
Tear down all décor after the event is over.
Partial Planning
$4,500

Are knee deep in wedding planning and overwhelmed? Then this package is for you! In package, I will split the responsibilities with the client based on which portion of the planning they want to take: either the practical/tactile vendors (catering, bar, etc) or the design vendors (floral, stationer, etc.) and you get to choose depending on which sounds easier and better for you!

Full Planning
Starting at $6,500 or 10% of the budget (whichever is greater)

Are you recently engaged, have a full plate of life, and totally overwhelmed by the wedding planning process? Then this package is for you. With the full planning package, we will work hand-in-hand, I will take care of all the nitty-gritty planning details to create the day you’ve always dreamed of!

Booking quality and compatible vendors with your vision.
Assisting in creating design and décor.
Scheduling meetings with vendors.
Accompanying you both to any and all meetings with vendors.
Unlimited phone calls and emails with me.
Bi-Weekly meetings with me.
Unlimited hours on wedding day.

Travel Fee
$.65 per mile
Whether your venue is in downtown Denver or the Maroon Bells, I’m willing to follow you anywhere! Travel fee is the national business standard ($.65 per mile) starting when the venue is 50 miles outside Denver and a hotel booking is required also in this case.
